Printing Records
Printing Single or Group Records
You may print individual records as you view them. You may also select groups of records by checking the box
that appears next to each title.
| To print an individual record: |
Click the Save or Print icon that appears at the bottom of the screen.
This will reformat the text of your record. Click the Print icon on
your web browser or click the File menu and select Print.

| To print a group of records that you have selected: |
Click the Save or Print icon that appears at the bottom of the screen.
This will reformat the text and collect all of the records you selected into one file.
Click the Print icon on your web browser to continue printing. |
Saving Records to a Disk
You may save individual records as you view them. You may also select groups of records by checking the
box that appears next to each title.
| To save an individual record: |
Click the Save or Print icon that appears at the bottom of the screen. This
will reformat the text. Pull down the File menu and choose
Save As. Choose the appropriate disk drive and name your file using
the .txt extension (e.g., a:myfile.txt).

To save a group of records that you have selected: |
Click the Save or Print icon that appears at the bottom of the screen.
This will reformat the text and collect all of the records your selected into one file. Pull down
the File menu and choose Save As. Choose the
appropriate disk drive and name your file using the .txt extension
(e.g., a:myfile.txt).

Sending Records to your Email Account
You may email individual records as you view them. You may also select groups of records by checking the box
that appears next to each title.
- At the bottom of both the title and individual record displays, you will see choices to
Save, Print or Email records.
- If you are at the title display, indicate whether you wish to email all on page
or selected on page or selected on all pages.
From the individual record display, you will only be able to download or email the record you are currently
viewing.
- If you wish to email records, type your full email address in the box next to the email
icon
